I try to launch the course and get the following error: "Windows has blocked this software because it can't verify the publisher. Name: voxmsdec.CAB, publisher: Unknown Publisher"?

Why is it that I can hear audio but I cannot see the video?

Why is it that I can see the scrubber bar moving but I cannot see the video?

Why is it that I can’t hear the professor when I see him onscreen, but I can hear him when he gives examples?

Why is it that I cannot see the text, or the text runs off the screen?
