Makau Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact a customer service representative within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. We will gladly make a one-time exchange or full refund (less shipping & handling charges). Please see the requirements and exceptions below to ensure your purchase qualifies for a return.

Please note:

• To qualify for a refund or exchange we require that no more than one (1) CD, DVD or Video Tape of any course or product be opened or viewed.
• Makau cannot accept returns for third-party items such as books, simulators, exams, and hardware.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable as they have been paid out to a third party service already.
• Packages arriving at Makau without an RMA number will be refused.
• Makau does not accept returns on any network deployed solutions.
• Requests for returns after 30 days from date of purchase will be denied.
• Makau will gladly replace any defective or damaged product for up to one year after purchase. Makau may require the defective or damaged product be returned to be reviewed by quality control.
