MAKAU NOW DOING BUSINESS AS ATHAND SOLUTIONS

Provo, UT – March 5^th, 2009 – AtHand Solutions, a Utah LLC, has purchased the assets of Makau Corporation, a privately held company. This purchase includes the rights and ownership to all of Makau’s developed software assets and client contracts.

AtHand Solutions will now move forward as a leader in the online educational and training business with a library of Technology and Professional Development Training, customer friendly Learning Management System, Course Integrator and Test Engine. A customer list ranging from Fortune 100 companies to single individuals is a testament to AtHand Solutions flexibility and the ease of use of its technology.
